1. All applicants must be at least twenty-eight (28) years of age at the time of
application.
2. All applicants must be legal residents of the United States or Canada.
3. All applicants must be single. To qualify as “single,” the applicant must not
currently be involved in a committed intimate relationship, which includes: any
marital relationship (whether or not the parties are separated or currently in the
process of divorcing or annulling such marriage); any cohabitation relationship
involving physical intimacy; or a monogamous dating relationship more than two (2) months in duration.
4. Applicants must never have been convicted of a felony or ever had a
restraining order entered against them.
Additional Requirements:
If selected for the Program, you will be required to make the following
representations and warranties, and agree and acknowledge that SparkOffline.com, LLC will have the following rights with respect to the materials submitted by you:
1. Each applicant acknowledges, understands and agrees that SparkOffline.com, LLC may disclose any information contained within or derived from his or her application to third persons connected with the Program and to compile information from third parties in connection with such application and the application process about applicant’s private, personal and public life, personal relationships with third persons, confidences and secrets with family, friends, significant others, including without limitation: physical appearance; personal characteristics/habits (both physical and mental); medical treatment/history (both physical and mental); sexual history; educational and employment history; military history; criminal investigations, charges and records; personal views and opinions about life, the world, politics, religion, and the like (collectively, “Personal Information”).
Applicant acknowledges and agrees that SparkOffline.com, LLC may reveal such Personal Information to third parties in the course of the application process and/or the Program and that Applicant releases, discharges, and holds harmless Companies (as defined below) from any and all claims and damages arising from such compilation or disclosure of Personal Information.
2. Each applicant acknowledges, understands and agrees that he or she, if
selected for the Program, may be audio and/or videotaped while participating in
the Program (for social media, website, or promotional use) and that such Recordings will be owned by SparkOffline.com, LLC (ex – your attendance at events).
3. Each applicant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the
SparkOffline.com, LLC from any and all claims (including, without limitation, claims for slander, libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy, publicity, personality,
and/or civil rights, depiction in a false light, intentional or negligent infliction of
emotional distress, copyright infringement, and/or any other tort and/or damages arising from or in any way relating to the submission of an application,
participation in the selection process, participation in the Program, the use of the Personal Information or Recordings and/or the use of the applicant’s name,
voice, and/or likeness in connection with the Program, or the promotion thereof in all media now known or hereafter devised.
4. All applicants must authorize SparkOffline.com, LLC to conduct a background check (unless applicant provides state fingerprint clearance card and or federal clearance with photo ID). Applicants must submit proof of identity via state issued photo ID. Applicants who hold occupations that require thorough background check(s) maybe exempt at SparkOffline.com, LLC discretion.
5. Applicants who are invited to membership shall treat all information and
materials received or acquired about SparkOffline.com, LLC, Companies, the selection process and/or the Program, as strictly confidential and shall not disclose or otherwise disseminate any such information to any third party. Such applicants must sign a Confidentiality Agreement in the form presented by SparkOffline.com, LLC.
6. Applicants understand and agree that the Eligibility Requirements and
Additional Requirements may be changed, modified, or amended by SparkOffline.com, LLC in its sole discretion from time to time.
Payment will be made to SparkOffline.com, LLC via ACH (clients), an approved credits card, or by any other payment method determined by the business.
The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Services unconditionally. SparkOffline.com, LLC reserves the right to terminate membership when a member exhibits unacceptable behavior (at our discretion).
SparkOffline.com, LLC does not guarantee a member will be matched to a specific number of members throughout the duration of membership.
SparkOffline.com, LLC does not promise all matches will lead to a spark.
Member dues cover the cost of direct our recruiting team, face to face marketing, social media marketing, TV and Radio ads, digital marketing, event marketing, and all expenses related to business operations (networking groups, Chamber memberships, vehicle branding, etc.).
SparkOffline.com, LLC reserves the right to make changes to this agreement as needed.
The exchange of any contact information on first Discovery Meets and or events is prohibited. Both parties must complete a Discovery Meet Recap before noon the following day – it can be found on SparkOffline.com/Recap Once both parties have submitted the form, SparkOffline.com, LLC will communicate with both parties and obtain feedback. The feedback will reveal if there will be a second meeting.ontent
Once you receive the contact information for another member you are agreeing to communicate with them. The first step is to set up the next date. Communication via phone call must happen within 48 hours of receiving their contact information.
It’s highly recommended to avoid starting a text relationship when you’re first getting to know someone. Therefore, give them a call and leave a voicemail if they don’t answer. Feel free to follow-up with a text stating you’ve left a voicemail (failure to communicate within 48 hours will result in membership suspension and or lead to membership termination).
If you receive a call from a member, follow-up within 24 hours.
If you’ve had a change of heart about initially connecting with a member, call Karen to discuss (failure to communicate with me regarding “change of heart” will result in membership suspension and or lead to membership termination).
When qualifying/onboarding a new member we may talk about you as a potential match.
Adhere to the following communication standards. You must notify SparkOffline.com any of the following scenarios:
– You’re too busy to meet a new match and you need to put membership on hold.
– You’re working through unforeseen personal issues and you want to halt meeting a new match (put your membership on hold).
– You’re exclusively dating and or in a new relationship.
– You’re on an extended vacation or out of the country.
– You’ve lost weight.
– You’ve gained weight.
– Your appearance has drastically changed.
– Your political and or religious beliefs have changed.
– Any scenario that would hold you back from meeting a match now.
SparkOffline, LLC suggests for parties to refrain from sexual activity; unless parties are in a committed relationship. Parties hold harmless SparkOffline, LLC in regards to members interacting with parties diagnosed with Sexually Transmitted Disease(s), or parties who have exhibited drug and alcohol abuse. SparkOffline, LLC recommends for all parties to do their due diligence in regards to the relationships they build.
I am aware of the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and the risk that I may be exposed to or contract COVID-19 by being on all Premises and engaging in any Activity.
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily entering any Premise to engage in any Activity with knowledge of the danger involved. I hereby agree to accept and assume all risks of personal injury, illness, disability, or death related to COVID-19, arising from my being on any Premise or engaging in any Activity, whether caused by negligence of the Business or otherwise. Or, any other infectious diseases.
I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the Business and its owners, employees, affiliates, and officers, on account of injury, illness, disability, or death arising out of or attributable to my being on the Premises or engaging in the Activity and being exposed to or contracting COVID-19, whether arising out of the negligence of the Business, its owners, employees, affiliates, officers, or otherwise.
