In order to be eligible, selected, and participate in the “SparkOffline.com, LLC” Program – applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1.
All applicants must be at least twenty-eight (28) years of age at the time of application.
2.
All applicants must be legal residents of the United States or Canada.
3.
All applicants must be single. To qualify as “single,” the applicant must not currently be involved in a committed intimate relationship (No Refunds If Your Marital or Relationship Status Comes Back Positive and You Do Not Qualify as Single).
4.
Applicants must never have been convicted of a felony or ever had a restraining order entered against them. (No Refunds If Your Background Check Comes Back Positive for Felony Convictions).
